Stopped by to grab something quick after exploring rainbow falls. Sushi was great, service was friendly, sushi was freshly rolled right infront of us.

Great fish and great rice. Despite it being brown rice sushi it still outcompetes the other sushi places because the rice is perfect here. Not open very long but worth it for lunch.

The food was SOOOO DELICIOUS! The price was amazing! The reviews for this place certainly don't lie - it's definitely a hole in the wall and the food is DIVINE. Everything we ordered was fresh, made to order, and so flavorful and tasty. The man working was so kind and friendly. It is CASH ONLY. But there's an ATM right by the food stations. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Very good sushi place. It would have been 5 stars if only we wouldn't have a couple even better places on Eastside.Dragon kitchen puts a little too much rice IMO, other than that they are very good.For Hilo, I would still recommend to visit them.

Stopped in here for lunch, it's part of a 6 stall mini food court style building. Cannot beat the prices at this place. Between $2 and $4 for a basic 8 piece roll, up to $7 for the most expensive "special" roll, and $2 to $3 for a hand roll. All the sushi is made with brown rice and the fish to rice ratio is great for the price. If you're trying to grab the most high end fancy sushi dining experience this is not what you're looking for, but if you've got 20-30 minutes for a quick inexpensive sushi lunch this place is on point. Would definitely eat here again.

This is a non descript little take out but man is it great. I couldn't pick a favorite roll they are all great and very fresh. The Soba noodle salad is also amazing ! We've been coming here for years and the brown rice give it a more nutty flavor while still being soft.

I had this and Ocean Sushi on consecutive days. The Poke bowl here is much more flavourful and satisfying. I also got the ahi rolls (their sign said the ahi is wild-caught Hawaiian) with spicy mayo. Very good with the brown rice. Probably the best ahi/sushi experience I've had. Simple but excellent.

I’m a regular here and I always order the Salmon Avocado with Spicy mayo and they never fail to amaze me. Every time I get sushi elsewhere it doesn’t compare to how good the sushi here is and I always come back. The owners are really nice too.

It's a food court like sushi place, so don't expect anything fancy. Also you will only get brown rice sushi. But it is always very high quality for money. I just love their Ahi poke bowl.

There wasn’t much for seating but the sushi was so yummy! The prices were unbeatable! In Colorado this tray would have costed us twice as much. Loved it definitely will go back.

Hidden Gem! Don’t be fooled by the area. Such a great place to stop by for a quick lunch. Everything is so fresh and cheap. Be sure the check out the hours of operation before coming cause it’s only opened for 5hrs.

My fellow google users, this is the place to go. The quality of the sushi is remarkable and never ever disappoint. Although the wait times can be a little long, (5-10min, with the 10 minute wait time being a busy busy day, most likely a Saturday) the amount of effort put into the food is worth the wait. Had the avocado and ahi brown rice roll. With spicy sauce. It was great. No seaweed though. Quick friendly chef that does it all.

Hidden gem in Hilo. Don’t be misled by the location, the guy should be running large sushi resturant with his skills. He really cares about his food and presentation. All fresh ingredients, great flavor combinations, and brown sticky rice! Interesting and heathy spin on sushi
